AN Software LLC
Terms of Service
End User License Agreement for Verrandi. Effective 6 September 2026.
The short version: Verrandi reads the systems you connect and proposes work. It does not change anything in a connected system until you approve that specific change. It does not give you legal, tax or accounting advice. It is early software and you should check anything consequential against the source.
1. This agreement
This agreement is between AN Software LLC ("we", "us"), a California limited liability company, and the business that uses Verrandi ("you"). By connecting a system to Verrandi or signing in, you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
2. What Verrandi is
Verrandi reads the systems you connect — email, documents, calendar, accounting and others — and helps you work with what it finds. It answers questions from your own records, surfaces things worth your attention, and prepares changes for you to approve.
Verrandi is early software under active development. Features change, and it is currently operated for a small number of businesses rather than at scale.
3. Your account and your data
Your business records remain yours. You grant us the access Verrandi needs to operate for you, which is described in the Privacy Policy — read it, because it is specific about what we can reach and when. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the actions of people you give access to.
4. Approval before anything is changed
Verrandi does not alter a connected system on its own initiative. Where it can make a change, it presents the exact change first and acts only once you approve that specific change. You are responsible for reviewing what you approve.
5. Not professional advice
Verrandi can tell you what your own records say, including where they appear inconsistent, and can propose corrections. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and it does not take positions on your behalf. Decisions that require professional judgement — including anything that becomes a position on a tax return — remain yours and your advisers'. Nothing Verrandi produces is a substitute for a qualified professional.
6. Accuracy
Verrandi works from the records you connect. Where those records are incomplete, out of date or inconsistent, its output will reflect that. It marks what is confirmed and what is inferred, and you should treat inferred material as needing your check. Verify anything consequential against the source before acting on it.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- connect systems you are not authorized to access;
- use Verrandi to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- attempt to gain access to data belonging to another customer;
- probe, disrupt, or overload the service, or circumvent its access controls;
- resell or redistribute the service without our written agreement.
8. Third-party systems
Verrandi connects to services operated by others, including Intuit's QuickBooks Online. Your use of those services is governed by your agreements with their providers. We are not responsible for their availability, their content, or changes they make. Connecting them is your choice and you may disconnect at any time — see how to disconnect.
9. Availability
We do not promise that Verrandi will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we offer no service level commitment. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
10. Our intellectual property
We retain all rights in Verrandi itself — the software, its methods and its documentation. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while this agreement is in force. Nothing here transfers ownership of your business records to us.
11. Warranties and liability
Verrandi is provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred United States dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
12. Ending it
You may stop using Verrandi and disconnect your systems at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. On termination your access stops; your business records remain yours, and we will delete what we hold on request.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the effective date above changes when it does. We do not operate a notification list, so check this page if it matters to you. Continuing to use Verrandi after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
