Disconnecting a system
Applies to Verrandi. Effective 6 September 2026.
You can disconnect at any time, from either end, without asking us. Disconnecting takes effect immediately and stops all further reading, including the scheduled background reading described in the Privacy Policy.
From QuickBooks Online
This route works even if you cannot reach Verrandi, and it does not depend on us. In QuickBooks Online, open the settings menu, go to Apps, find Verrandi in your connected apps, and disconnect it. Intuit revokes the authorization immediately and no further reading is possible.
From inside Verrandi
Open your workspace, go to your connected sources, find the system, and choose to disconnect it. Verrandi discards the stored authorization for that system and stops reading it. Your workspace address is the one you were given when your account was set up; if you do not have it to hand, use the QuickBooks route above, which is immediate, or write to us.
What happens to your data
QuickBooks accounting records are read live and are not copied into our storage, so once the connection ends there is nothing further to remove.
For systems whose content is collected and stored — such as email and documents — disconnecting stops further collection but does not by itself delete what was already collected. To have that deleted, write to alex@verrandi.com and we will remove it. Under the sovereign arrangement, where the database belongs to your own cloud account, you may also delete it directly.
Reconnecting
Reconnecting is the same route as connecting: open your workspace, go to your connected sources, and choose the system. You will be asked to authorize again, and a new authorization replaces the old one. See connecting a system.
If something does not work
Write to alex@verrandi.com. If you cannot reach us and want access stopped immediately, revoke it from the source system directly using the steps above — that does not depend on us.
